These terms cover use of https://www.nordev.dev and, in general, information or quote requests sent to Nordev (VAT 04316111204, Treviso). They do not replace a delivery contract: projects start only after a written agreement on scope, timeline and fee.

Use of the site

Site content is informational. You may not use it for unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access, abuse the forms, or copy protected materials without consent. Product demos are simulations and do not process real customer data.

Quotes and services

Estimates from the quote builder or service pages are indicative. A quote is binding only if confirmed in writing by Nordev. Professional work (websites, e-commerce, apps, software) remains Nordev's until paid, unless agreed otherwise.

Content and trademarks

The brand, copy, graphics and code on the Site belong to Nordev or their respective owners. Case studies describe real projects in short form and are not an endorsement beyond what those clients authorized.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. For damage arising from use of the Site alone (not a delivery contract), Nordev's liability is limited, where permitted, to direct and foreseeable damage.

Privacy

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law
