This notice describes how Nordev (Italian VAT number 04316111204, based in Treviso, Italy, hereinafter "Nordev", "we") processes personal data collected through the website https://www.nordev.dev (hereinafter the "Site"), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Italian data protection law.

What data we collect and for what purpose

Data provided through the contact form

When you fill in the contact form on the Site, we collect the data you voluntarily enter: email address, subject of the request and the text of your message. This data is sent via an SMTP server to a company email address dedicated to handling requests, solely to reply to you and evaluate your request (consulting, quote, information about our services). We do not use this data for marketing purposes without your separate, explicit consent.

The processing of this data is based on your explicit consent, collected through a dedicated checkbox before the form is submitted, and on the need to respond to a request you made directly to us (performance of pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Browsing data

Like most websites, the Site automatically collects certain technical information generated by browsing (e.g. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of access), necessary for the Site's technical operation and security. The Site also uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure page loading performance in aggregate form.

Data retention

Data collected through the contact form is kept for the time necessary to handle your request and, subsequently, for the period required by applicable legal obligations (e.g. retention of business/accounting correspondence), after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Data sharing and transfer

Your data may be processed by third-party providers acting as data processors on our behalf, in particular: the provider of the SMTP service used to send emails from the contact form, and Vercel Inc., which hosts the Site and provides the hosting service and the performance statistics mentioned above. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to request at any time access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing, by writing to info@nordev.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Security

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss or disclosure, although we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any transmission over the Internet.
