Last updated: September 23, 2026
This notice describes how Nordev (Italian VAT number 04316111204, based in Treviso, Italy, hereinafter "Nordev", "we") processes personal data collected through the website https://www.nordev.dev (hereinafter the "Site"), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Italian data protection law.
Data controller
The data controller is Nordev, VAT number 04316111204, Treviso (Italy). For any request regarding the processing of your personal data you can write to info@nordev.dev or call +39 388 076 4992.
What data we collect and for what purpose
Data provided through the contact form
When you fill in the contact form on the Site, we collect the data you voluntarily enter: email address, subject of the request and the text of your message. The quote form also collects your name, project type, the features you select and the investment range you indicate. This data is sent via an SMTP server to a company email address dedicated to handling requests, together with the page you sent it from and the language of the site, solely to reply to you and evaluate your request (consulting, quote, information about our services). We do not use this data for marketing purposes without your separate, explicit consent.
The processing of this data is based on your explicit consent, collected through a dedicated checkbox before the form is submitted, and on the need to respond to a request you made directly to us (performance of pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Data provided to download the Nordev Guide
If you request the Nordev Guide PDF we collect the email address you enter and, when SMTP is configured, we notify the team so we can follow up. The file is delivered through a short-lived signed link. This processing is based on the consent checkbox shown before download (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Browsing data
Like most websites, the Site automatically collects certain technical information generated by browsing (e.g. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of access), necessary for the Site's technical operation and security. The Site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure visits and page-load performance in aggregate. Vercel describes these tools as privacy-oriented and they do not use profiling cookies: we do not show a cookie banner because we do not install non-technical cookies or Google Analytics / GTM today.
Data retention
Data collected through the contact form and the guide download is kept for the time necessary to handle your request and, subsequently, for the period required by applicable legal obligations (e.g. retention of business/accounting correspondence), after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Data sharing and transfer
Your data may be processed by third-party providers acting as data processors on our behalf, in particular: the provider of the SMTP service used to send emails from the contact form and the lead magnet, and Vercel Inc., which hosts the Site and provides hosting, Analytics and Speed Insights. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to request at any time access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing, by writing to info@nordev.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Security
We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss or disclosure, although we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any transmission over the Internet.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated periodically to reflect changes in data processing practices or applicable law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
