ERP and online store connected in real time
The problem
ABS Utensili's ERP and online store worked in isolation: stock and orders had to be updated by hand in both, with a real risk of selling products online that were already out of stock.
What we did
We built a two-way data exchange between the ERP and the store: stock updates in real time on both sides, and every order automatically carries its shipping location.
The result
No double data entry, always-accurate availability on the site, and orders that reach the ERP already complete.
